About this job

The role

Bank Support Worker posts at a supported living service in Dronfield, run by a large health and social care charity. The employer wants one full-time worker or would consider two part-time. You would spend your shifts with the person you support, from one location, so you do not need to drive.

What you'd do

  • Support the person you work with throughout your shift.
  • Work days that lead into sleep-in shifts.

What's on offer

  • Shifts could run from 7am to 2.30pm, 2.30pm to 10pm, or 10pm to 7am (a sleep-in).
  • Flexible working hours and shift patterns.
  • 28 days' annual leave including bank holidays (full time, pro rata for part time), and a pension scheme.
  • The employer pays for your DBS check.
  • Casual clothes instead of a uniform.
  • Ongoing development and progression, a recommend-a-friend bonus, shopping discounts, a financial hardship fund and wellbeing support.
