The role

A full-time conveyancer post in the residential property team of G2 Legal, a Legal 500 law firm. What you'd do

• Handle residential sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, from instruction through to completion.
• Deal with enquiries and move matters on through exchange and completion.
• Prepare and review legal documents.
• Keep clients, estate agents, brokers and others updated.
• Answer clients' day-to-day questions with clear, practical advice.
• Move files along efficiently and meet deadlines.

What they're looking for

• Experience running your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• A background as a conveyancer, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or experienced fee earner.
• Confidence with clients and other professionals, strong organisation and attention to detail, and the ability to manage your own workload and work well in a team.
